The list I show above shows that the model changes from L46 to L461 but are the serial numbers shown the ending number for that year? So do I really have a L461? The top of the barrel is marked Cal. The markings on the gun are as follows: Sako Riihimaki No 43, cal.222, made in finnland, bofors steel. I would like to know the model number, year or any info pertaining to it. I found this information,īut the SN of my rifle is 50xxx. I got a Sako from my father, and was wondering if anyone has any info on it, or where I could look to find anything about it. You can send my friend, Kalli, email on. Or if I need some more information about it to find out. Can anyone tell me if this rifle is rare or what it is worth.

The blue is good with some scattered wear and a few blood spots.
